People who appreciate the peace and quiet of a small town and proximity to the countryside will find a lot on offer in Amboise. Anyone looking for sporting activities can play tennis, go swimming, canoeing or enjoy long bike rides. Amateur sports enthusiasts can play tennis, swim, go canoeing and take long bike rides in the forest or along the river Loire. You can also go to the cinema, theatre, or to concerts. On Fridays and Sunday mornings, there is a superb market that draws in people who live all over the surrounding areas.

The Futurscope park is a theme park offering white-knuckle rides and loads of adrenaline-packed action; the park is also not split into any theme areas ...
This theme park is also a park of the unusual, as visitors are introduced to the world of a special cinematic experience and get to know the different types of cinema screens and the respective techniques.
The park is situated approximately 120 km southwest of Amboise?Ebetween Poitiers and Châtelleraut. Transfer time will be approximately 90 minutes via the A10 motorway.
